The problem, as it actually looks

In most export houses the same order data is typed again and again — into the commercial invoice, the packing list, the certificate of origin, the drawback file, the dispatch register, and then again into the buyer's own format.

It is slow. It depends entirely on one experienced person, and the day that person is on leave the work stops. And one wrong HS code, quantity or address can hold a container at the port while everyone hunts for the mistake.

How we work

Nothing to install. The system opens in a normal browser — office computer, laptop or phone. New staff need no setup.
Hosting handled by us. Server, backups, security and updates are our job, not yours. You get a working link and a login.
Support without waiting for a visit. Send a WhatsApp message or a screenshot. Most changes are done remotely the same day, and we visit the unit when something genuinely needs to be seen in person.
Your formats, not ours. We reproduce the documents you use today, so nobody has to learn a new way of working.
